Can I have multiple tests included in my subscription?
Yes. You can order multiple home tests independently as a subscription and manage each one separately.
Are there additional shipping costs for the subscription?
Within Germany, shipping is free for subscriptions and, as always, is discreetly packaged .
Shipping costs may apply for deliveries abroad; these will be displayed transparently at checkout.
How can I pause or cancel my subscription?
In the " Manage subscription " section, you can easily adjust, pause or cancel your subscription at any time.
Is there a minimum contract term?
No. The DoctorBox subscription has no minimum term . You can pause or cancel it at any time.
Where can I select the subscription?
On each product page, you'll find a selection area that's set to "Single Purchase" by default. Right next to it, you can select the "Subscription" option. Once you activate the subscription, the price will automatically be reduced by 20% .
What is the difference between a single purchase and a subscription?
When you buy the test individually, you order it once. With a subscription, you receive the same home test regularly at your chosen interval – and save 20% permanently. The content and quality of the test remain the same.
Do I have to adhere to a specific subscription interval?
No. You choose your own interval and can change it at any time. Whether every few weeks or less frequently – you remain flexible.
