My test result

You will receive your home test result securely and end-to-end encrypted in the DoctorBox app, your health account.
Download and register the DoctorBox app now in the Playstore or App Store! You can always view the result query in the DoctorBox app and see the current status of your home test. 

In the first step, create a DoctorBox health account. To do this, download the app from the App Store or Playstore and register. 

In the second step, register your test ID by going to "Home tests" in the DoctorBox app and then scanning your barcode, which is on the barcode card in the envelope. Follow the instructions in the app. 

Now you can carry out the home test as described in the instructions for use of the test kit. After you have drawn the blood, the blood sample can be sent to our partner laboratory so that your test result can be sent to you.

As soon as your test result is available, we will notify you via the app or by email.
