The HPV test for high-risk types allows you to get early cancer screening from home.
With our sampling kit for Human Papillomavirus (HPV-High Risk), you can conveniently perform an important preventive test at home. The kit enables early detection of high-risk HPV types classified as carcinogenic (cancer-causing) by the WHO.
Actively help prevent cervical cancer and other HPV-associated cancers.
You can actively and independently help prevent cervical cancer and other cancers linked to HPV. The following HPV types are included in the analysis: 16, 18, 31, 33, 35, 39, 45, 51, 52, 56, 58, and 59.
Simple sample collection with privacy protection.
Sample collection is effortless thanks to our easy-to-follow step-by-step guide. The sampling kit includes a vaginal swab for convenient at-home use, allowing you to perform the HPV test easily and independently.
Safety and data protection are our top priorities.
After your sample is shipped, it is analyzed in the lab using PCR (polymerase chain reaction) for the twelve HPV types. This method ensures extremely reliable and accurate results.
Your privacy is especially important to us. The digitally end-to-end encrypted test results are securely delivered to your DoctorBox health account. In addition, DoctorBox meets the highest data protection standards and is certified according to ISO 27001. This ensures the protection of your sensitive health data and the secure transmission of your results.
*If the sample is shipped on Monday or Tuesday (possibly Wednesday).
Save 20 % on every delivery, pick your interval (every 3, 6 or 12 months) and pause or cancel anytime. Keep track of your values without reordering each time.
Everything for sampling: collection material, instructions, a return envelope for the lab and your personal test ID for the DoctorBox app.
Home tests do not replace medical advice. If your values are abnormal or you have symptoms, please consult a doctor.
Almost everyone contracts HPV at some point
Human papillomaviruses (HPV) are sexually transmitted viruses. HPV 16 is one of the two types that together cause around 70 % of all cervical cancers. The test detects viral DNA in the swab.
For women from age 30 the HPV test is part of statutory screening in Germany (every three years with a Pap smear). Also with unclear smear results or for follow-up after treatment.
An HPV infection causes no symptoms. Cell changes develop over years and are only found through screening.

Most infections clear on their own within one to two years. A positive result does not mean cancer but requires gynaecological follow-up (Pap smear, colposcopy if needed).
Have a positive result assessed by a gynaecologist and set the follow-up interval. HPV vaccination protects against the main high-risk types.
