1. Take the test at home
Depending on the test kit, you'll provide a urine sample, a few drops of blood (dried blood card), or perform a vaginal or rectal swab – safe, hygienic, and with clear instructions.
2. Send in your sample
Place your sample in the included return envelope and drop it in the nearest mailbox. Return shipping is already paid for.
3. Get your results
You'll receive your results within 72 hours of the lab receiving your sample directly in the DoctorBox app – anonymously and only visible to you.
4. Receive recommendations
If your results are abnormal, you’ll automatically receive a medical recommendation or prescription through our telemedicine partner.
Sample collection is easy and safe if you strictly follow the enclosed instructions. Our kits are designed to be user-friendly and to maintain the integrity of your samples.
If your test result is positive or reactive, we won’t leave you on your own.
You’ll be redirected in the app to our partner. There, you’ll fill out a medical questionnaire, which will be reviewed by physicians—and if treatment is necessary, you’ll receive a prescription right away. The appropriate medication will be delivered conveniently to your home.
This way, you can respond discreetly, quickly, and safely—without the waiting room.
