Frequently asked questions

Which test is right for me?

Start from the question you want answered: a single value (e.g. vitamin D) or an overview (all-round check). Every card shows which values are measured and which sample you give.

What does the sample material mean?

Capillary blood is taken from the fingertip with a lancet; dried blood too, but dried on a card. Swabs, urine, saliva and stool need no blood at all.

How fast do I get my result?

After the sample arrives at the lab, analysis takes 2 to 10 days depending on the test. You are notified in the DoctorBox app.

What if a value is abnormal?

Your report includes reference ranges and context. For abnormal values we recommend discussing the report with a doctor.
