Install the free DoctorBox app on your smartphone using the links below to the App Store or Play Store.
After you have completed the registration process, go to "Home test" in the menu and then to "Test result". Select the correct test and scan the barcode on the dried blood card.
Your test is now recorded in the DoctorBox app, so that you will be informed within the app when the result is available.
Your test results will be available in the DoctorBox app to ensure secure transmission of your health data. DoctorBox GmbH is ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certified. Our technical and infrastructural protection measures meet the highest standards, and we encrypt your data end-to-end.
You should receive your results within approximately 10 business days after your sample has been shipped. Please pay attention to the notifications in your DoctorBox app. The results are often evaluated more quickly.
Please note that this is an estimate and may vary, particularly during holiday periods or similar unforeseen delays. If you feel your sample is significantly delayed, please contact our customer service.
The DoctorBox home tests may not be used:
● If you are not yet of legal age/adult (from 18 years of age)
● If you have problems seeing or having blood drawn. Then carry out the test in the presence of another adult or have a healthcare professional carry out the test.
You should only use the DoctorBox home tests after consulting your doctor if:
● You have a tendency to bleed or have a clotting disorder or are taking anticoagulant medication
● You are pregnant or breastfeeding. In this case, the reference values may deviate.
The home tests are otherwise perfectly safe as long as all the material is used only for its intended purpose.
