Create a DoctorBox health account
Download the app from the App Store or Playstore and register.
Register your test ID
Open the DoctorBox app. Go to "Home Tests". Then scan your barcode, which is on the barcode card in the envelope. Follow the instructions in the app.

The home test consists of the envelope and the Euroimmun set.
The envelope contains:
● 1x DoctorBox user manual
● 2x plaster (CE)
● 1x barcode card with test ID
● 1x label for shipping envelope.
The Euroimmun set contains:
● 1x Euroimmun instructions for use
● 1x blood collection card (CE)
● 1x compress (CE)
● 2x plaster (CE)
● 2x sterile lancets (CE0500)
● 2x alcohol wipes (CE)
● 1x sealable plastic bag with desiccant
● 1x Shipping Envelope.
Always check that the blood collection set is complete before starting the home test. If any components are missing or damaged, please do not use the set and contact us at:

For the best possible test result, please fill in all circles completely. Make sure the dried blood paper is soaked through to the back.
If there is only a small amount of blood, please use a second finger and the second lancet, disinfectant wipe and wound compress/swab provided.
In exceptional cases, only if there is insufficient blood flow - you can only fill in at least two circles. Please make sure that these two circles are completely filled in and soaked through to the back.
Once the lab receives your sample, they will use a hole punch to cut out several circles from the card. These are then fed into a machine to automatically measure various parameters and get a picture of the distribution of biomarkers in your blood.
Install the free DoctorBox app on your smartphone using the App or Play Store links below.
After completing the registration process, go to "Home Test" in the menu and then to "Test Result". Select the correct test and scan the barcode on the dry blood card.
Your test is now recorded in the DoctorBox app, so you will be informed within the app when the result is available.
Your results will be available in the DoctorBox app to ensure secure transmission of your health data. DoctorBox GmbH is ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certified. Our technical and infrastructural protection measures meet the highest standards, and we encrypt your data end-to-end.
You should receive your results within 5 business days of receiving your sample at our laboratory. Please pay attention to the notifications in your DoctorBox app.
Please note that this is an estimate and may vary, particularly during holiday periods or similar unforeseen delays. If you feel your sample is significantly delayed, please contact our customer service.
The DoctorBox home tests may not be used:
● If you are not yet of legal age/adult (from 18 years of age)
● If you have problems seeing or having blood drawn. Then carry out the test in the presence of another adult or have a healthcare professional carry out the test.
You should only use the DoctorBox home tests after consulting your doctor if:
● You have a tendency to bleed or have a clotting disorder or are taking anticoagulant medication
● You are pregnant or breastfeeding. In this case, the reference values may deviate.
The home tests are otherwise perfectly safe as long as all the material is used only for its intended purpose.
